Florida SunCoast Orchids

Florida SunCoast Orchids raises and sells exotic orchids throughout the United States. The site includes a PayPal shopping cart, a convenient solution for small business that does not have a merchant account with a national credit card company. Online orders can be handled quickly and safely.

Florida SunCoast Orchids also includes a Flash movie on its home page that displays constantly-changing photos of orchids that are sold.

Stonecliff Publishing Stonecliff Publishing is selling online its latest specialized book on archaeological research. The website includes PDF samples of some of the book's pages which a viewer can open and read in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. The site also includes a PayPal shopping cart where a user can order copies of the book securely.

Middle America TravelMiddle America Travel offers expert guide services in Guatemala and to Maya ruins throughout Central America. Without a website, this remote travel agency would find it difficult to reach prospective travelers in North America and Europe. Users can also download and print brochures describing special trip offers. (Because the site is hosted on a Guatemalan server that is not always reliable, a link to a mirror site on a free server is provided here.)

A Ton of GraphicsA Ton of Graphics creates signs, banners, vehicle lettering and magnetics. The website includes thumbnail samples of their work that can be clicked for larger views, and their online store features a form for customers to order signs or other items.

Nouveau FloralNouveau Floral is a new florist and boutique in Mountain Top. They needed a website by their opening day. They contacted Pocono Graphic Design on Thursday, and we were able to create and post a preliminary design for them by Sunday, in time for their opening! On Monday, we had photos from their opening day posted on their new website. Pocono Graphic Design understands the demands of business, and we go the extra distance to help our clients meet their goals.

RNR RestorationRNR Restoration needed a way to showcase the prize-winning custom motorcycles it has built, rebuilt and painted, along with its classic car restoration business. RNR turned to Pocono Graphic Designs to create a custom web site that involved scanning and optimizing many photos of their work. We came up with an unusual way to highlight one of their restoration jobs: wrapping text around the cut-out image to draw the eye to the fine work they do. While such effects are easily achieved in print, it's not commonly used in web design because it involves a technique that most designers don't know.

Mountain Top Business AllianceMountain Peaks is a community newspaper serving Mountain Top, PA. The website serves as an adjunct to the free newspaper, providing a community calendar (where residents can see at a glance what's going on in their community), community information (such as political officials and important local numbers), and a full copy of each issue of the paper - an especially nice feature for those who have moved away and want to keep up with the news. We did the original design for the site and continue to maintain it with each new issue of the paper.
